The following demonstrates an ideal investment process:

Week 1 Preliminary checking the submitted statement in respect of the
   outline conditions, residual conditions, yields, corporate information,
   feasibility, etc.
Concluding the commissioning agreement with the broker
  Interest in purchase
Week 2 Presentation of the properties / discussions with the investor
  Letter of Interest
Week 3 Concluding the client protection agreement with the seller
   and the broker
Compiling all documents relevant to the purchase for
   the due diligence and hand-over by the seller
Week 4 Detailed evaluation of the properties and the company
  Letter of Intent (LOI)
Week 5 Due diligence (financial, legal, tax, commercial, environmental,
   technical)
Week 6 Contractual negotiations
Notarification, conclusion of contract
